Through the front window dreaming....

Circumstances of sorts, has had me confined to quarters for most of this week. And while this would usually have me turning a bit feral by now, I've taken an unusual delight in watching the world pass by through my window that looks out over my front garden and into the street.

Some of the passers-by include.....

A pair of robust, tongue-lolling beagles.. taking their human for a walk

An elderly woman in a fabulous glittery purple parka who zooms by on her little vespa at precisely the same time each day.... silver hair flying

The gang of big, boofy, hairy and certainly scary looking bikies on their 'boss hogs' waiting for the lights to change (one of them actually waved!!)

The postie on his little putt putt motorbike.. who is starting to know better than to pass without leaving me something!

The metre reader who can't seem to figure out how to unlock my front gate (I let him struggle with it for a few minutes... just for fun!!) then trips over the little tree stump in the front yard and is ok.. till he sees me in the window!

And an assortment of heads bobbing along as pedestrians pass in front of my garden wall

All of these things and the copious amounts of sparkling blue sky and sunshine make this a lovely spot to sit and ponder.....
